To be eligible for exposure to a Paragon Group client, the following criteria must be met:

  • The Candidate must be referred, recommended or considered to be in the top 20% of performance within their field.

  • The Candidate must document their work that has led to an increase in sales/revenue, decrease in costs/expenses, or an increase in efficiencies.

  • The Candidate must have the communication and leadership skills to motivate and bring a group or organization to a shared vision with a verifiable record of achievement.

  • The Candidate must have a conscious and realistic understanding of the deviation between their current contribution and how that contribution can immediately serve as the basis for career progression and appropriate employment positioning.

  • The Candidate must have well defined “career wish list” and “criteria for change”.

  • The Candidate must be the type of Individual we would “feel” comfortable having as a dinner guest in our home.
